all of our prints are guaranteed. this takes the form of 2 complete guarantees. these are:
1. we offer a full and immediate refund, upon receipt of returned goods, if you are unhappy with the piece in anyway during the first 5 days*
2. after the first 5 days have passed, the lifetime guarantee comes into effect. the 'lifetime guarantee' guarantees the products authenticity for a lifetime* and is subject to a full and immediate refund upon it's safe return.

escrow guarantee:
this is one of the safest methods for high value purchases available. escrow gives you the extra guarantee of viewing the goods BEFORE purchase and therefore allowing the buyer to 'reject' the goods before WE recieve any payment. this avoids any lengthy drawn out disputes by 'certain' payment merchants who gain large amounts of profit by holding onto your money, for months at a time, and illegally investing YOUR money as they see fit (yes it does break e-money law, even in luxembourg ).....you all know who we are talking about!!
alertpay guarantees:
this is similar to escrow. alertpay will hold onto the buyers money until goods are confirmed and checked by the buyer. only at this point will funds be credited to us

return of goods for refund or 'rejection' of goods via escrow or alertpay:
we are NOT in the business of hiding our conditions and to that end here is a very simple and reasonable returns policy that you must follow: the good/s return is SOLELY the responsibility of the sender, including payment for shipping and insurance. it must be returned in the same condition as sent (we keep a photographic record of all pieces). insurance must be included, either directly of third party, for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the original print/s. there are further conditions which can be read aat clicking on the 'terms & conditions' link below.

all relevant provenance can be produced, on request, once the buyer has purchased the item. all provenance has been doubled checked for accuracy.
