| how are my prints packed? |

your print/s are very lightly rolled, interleaved with crate paper. the roll is then carefully loaded into, 3mm thick, 70mm diametre plastic tubing |
the plastic tubing can withstand up to 30kg of weight placed on top of it. rolling prints is the safest shipping method |
| why is shipping so expensive? |

basically, for the service & security your getting, it's not. with shipping & packaging you get what you pay for. when the print is rolled & placed inside the tube it weighs 2.7kg (approx). this is because the tube is made of thick UVPC plastic. this makes it very difficult to crush and can remain in tact if dropped from a very large height. all the prints are unique. why take the risk for a matter of $30 or so? we do not make ANY profit on shipping, in fact we subsidize it. |
shipping to europe is normally within 2 days but we always allow some leeway. shipping to north america is normally 3 days, but again, due to unforseen circumstances we have allowed a extra 2 days. |
| do you ship flat? |

no. shipping flat comes with extra risks regarding bending, or mis-shaping. the only truly safe way to pack flat is 'crating' which is substantically more expensive (all least twice as much) |
ratio wise, we have had more damage occur to flat packed shipments than rolled ones. at least 2:1. |
| what courier company do you use? |

this depends where your destination is. we pride ourselves on a one stop service, that is, we'll provide constant updates on your shipment and handle any unforseen events. we have contacts in many customs offices, around the world, and have direct contact with the upper management structures in most of the major courier companies. |
we monitor your shipment 24hrs a day and that's why we'll always notify you of any potential hold-ups or problems. this will save you from having to constantly monitor the shipments progress yourself. |
